A South Australian advocate for Disability in South Australia, Australia Dr. Paul Collier was a candidate in the Upper House in South Australia's Election on Sat March 20. Sadly passed away in hospital due to a brain Hammorage Tuesday night.
Dr. Collier was an advocate for people with disability after becoming a quadriplegic in a motor vehicle on his way to his 21st birthday celebrations.
